    1. Hindi: मैं दो घंटे से पढ़ रहा हूँ।
      English: I have been studying for two hours.
    2. Hindi: वह पिछले 10 सालों से यहाँ काम कर रहा है।
      English: He has been working here for the last 10 years.
    3. Hindi: हम सुबह से खेल रहे हैं।
      English: We have been playing since morning.
    4. Hindi: वे पूरे दिन से गाने गा रहे हैं।
      English: They have been singing songs the whole day.
